Privacy Policy
How BeeWell protects consultation and attribution data under the Malaysian PDPA.
Data we collect
When you open a WhatsApp consultation, we record the product, landing page, referrer, UTM campaign/content, source platform, and TikTok video ID when available. If you continue the conversation, we may add your name, phone number, notes, purchase confirmation, commission, and reorder date to the inquiry record.
How we use it
We use the data to answer product questions, provide an official NTX purchase link on request, follow up with your consent, attribute campaigns, record reseller commission, and plan reorders. A WhatsApp click is not recorded as a paid order.
Sharing and purchase data
WhatsApp is provided by Meta and is subject to its own privacy terms. Payment and order details are entered into the official NTX system, not BeeWell. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and your rights
We keep data only as needed for business and legal purposes. Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may request access, correction, or withdrawal of consent through our WhatsApp contact channel.
