Return window
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety, opened supplements cannot be returned unless the product is defective.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, expired, or wrong item, contact us over WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Refund method
Refunds are processed to your original payment method, usually within 7 business days of us receiving the return or confirming the issue.
